  • 2 cups fresh blueberries or frozen
Crumble
  • 0.25 cups sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup oats
  • 0.5 cups flour
  • 0.5 cups brown sugar
  • 0.25 cups butter cold

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven.

  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and then add vanilla extract.
  5. Gently fold in blueberries and pour the mixture onto the crust.
  6. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and cold butter to make the crumble.
  7. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the cheesecake batter.
  8. Bake in the oven for 70 minutes or until set.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
