Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken
  • 8 oz rotini pasta or any pasta of choice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
Vegetables
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup green onions sliced
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
Mix Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, diced celery, red bell pepper, and green onions.
Prepare Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is well coated. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
