Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning store-bought or homemade
Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
Garlic
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Lemon
  • 1 whole lemon juiced
Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Shrimp
  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
Cook the Shrimp
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
Finish the Dish
  1. Remove from heat, squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  2. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
