Making the Dough
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
- In another bowl, whisk flour and salt; gradually add to the yeast mixture until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Let rise in a greased bowl covered with a damp cloth until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
Rolling and Baking
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle (1/2 inch thick), spread with softened butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and layer sliced strawberries.
- Roll tightly and slice into pieces.
- Place in a greased baking dish; let rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
Making the Frosting
- For frosting, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
