- Dice the tomatoes and shred the lettuce. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

- Stir in taco seasoning and ½ cup of water; simmer until thickened.
- Warm taco shells in an oven at 350°F for about five minutes.
- Assemble tacos by filling shells with beef mixture, then topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
