- Slice off the top and bottom of the pineapple, then cut away the skin and slice it into rings about ½ inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon together until well combined.
- Melt the butter and brush each pineapple slice generously with it.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over both sides of each ring.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Grill the pineapple for 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized.
- Drizzle fresh lime juice over the grilled slices before serving.
