Cucumber Sandwiches
  • 1 medium cucumber thinly sliced
  • 4 slices white bread crusts removed
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
Egg Salad Sandwiches
  • 4 large eggs hard-boiled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 4 slices whole grain bread crusts removed
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped
Smoked Salmon Sandwiches
  • 4 slices rye bread crusts removed
  • 100 grams smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon capers drained
Ham and Mustard Sandwiches
  • 4 slices white bread crusts removed
  • 100 grams ham thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 leaf lettuce for garnish

Method
 

Prepare Cucumber Sandwiches
  1. Mix cream cheese and dill in a bowl. Spread on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Layer cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese, then top with another slice of bread.
  3. Cut into quarters and serve.
Prepare Egg Salad Sandwiches
  1. Mix chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and chives in a bowl.
  2. Spread the egg salad on one slice of bread and top with another slice.
  3. Cut into quarters and serve.
Prepare Smoked Salmon Sandwiches
  1. Spread cream cheese on one side of each slice of rye bread.
  2. Layer smoked salmon and capers on top, then cover with another slice of bread.
  3. Cut into quarters and serve.
Prepare Ham and Mustard Sandwiches
  1. Spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer ham and lettuce on top, then cover with another slice of bread.
  3. Cut into quarters and serve.
