Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
Vegetables
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup red onion sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut aluminum foil into large squares, about 12x12 inches.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the protein, vegetables, olive oil, and seasonings. Toss to coat evenly.
Assembly
  1. Place a portion of the mixture in the center of each foil square.
  2. Fold the sides of the foil over the mixture, then fold the ends to seal tightly.
Cooking
  1. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Carefully open the packets (steam will escape) and serve hot.
