Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
  2. Remove chicken thighs from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
  3. Place chicken thighs skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes.
  4. Flip the chicken and continue grilling for another 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
