Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skin-on or skinless
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, and black pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
Grill the Salmon
  1. Remove salmon from marinade and discard the marinade. Place salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 2-4 minutes until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
