Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, and black pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
Grill the Salmon
- Remove salmon from marinade and discard the marinade. Place salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 2-4 minutes until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
