Base Ingredients
  • 4 cups Water Filtered or spring water
  • 1 cup Coconut water Natural coconut water for added electrolytes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice Juice from about 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Or maple syrup for sweetness
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Sea salt or Himalayan salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the water, coconut water, lemon juice, honey, and salt.
  2. Whisk the mixture until the honey and salt are fully dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy your homemade electrolyte drink.
