Kale
  • 1 large bunch kale stems removed and leaves torn into bite-sized pieces
Oil and Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast optional for cheesy flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and dry the kale thoroughly. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast until evenly coated.
Baking
  1. Spread the kale pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the kale is slightly browned.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
