Ingredients
  

Cucumbers
  • 4 medium Cucumbers Sliced thinly
Marinade
  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dill Dried or fresh
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced

Method
 

Prepare the Cucumbers
  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers thinly. Place them in a mixing bowl.
Make the Marinade
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, dill, and minced garlic until well combined.
Combine and Marinate
  1. Pour the marinade over the sliced cucumbers and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Transfer the cucumbers and marinade to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Serve
  1. Serve chilled as a side dish or salad topping.
