Method
 

Prepare the Pickling Solution

Pickle the Onions
  1. Place the thinly sliced red onion in a mason jar. Pour the pickling solution over the onions, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  2. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
