Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Cauliflower rice Cooked and drained
  • 1 large Egg Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch Salt
Toppings
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast Diced
  • 1/2 cup Bell peppers Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Pizza sauce Low-sugar

Method
 

Prepare the crust
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cauliflower rice, beaten egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Mix until a dough forms, then spread it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a pizza crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Add toppings
  1. Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over the top.
  2. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by diced chicken, bell peppers, and red onion.
  3. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
  1. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
