  • 1 bunch beet greens washed and chopped
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for sautéing
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice for added flavor

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped beet greens to the skillet and stir well.
  4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the greens are wilted and tender.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
