Vegetables
  • 2 medium Zucchini sliced
  • 2 medium Yellow Squash sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for sautéing
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced zucchini and yellow squash to the skillet.
  4. Sauté the vegetables for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
