Ingredients
  

Meat and Base
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 oz Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 can Old El Paso™ Traditional Refried Beans 16 oz
Shell and Toppings
  • 36 pieces wonton wrappers
  • 36 pieces tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream to taste
  • diced tomatoes to taste
  • cilantro to taste
  • onion to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and place wonton wrappers in each cup to form a shell.
  5. Fill each shell with refried beans, followed by the beef mixture.
  6. Top each with shredded cheddar cheese and a piece of tortilla chip.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with sour cream, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and onion as desired.
