Marination and Baking
- In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and black pepper. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Mix BBQ sauce and brown sugar in a bowl until well combined.
- Arrange marinated wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove wings from the oven and generously brush with the BBQ sauce mixture.
- Broil wings for an additional 3-5 minutes until extra crispy.
